Map has been screwing up the last three times I’ve taken Lyft. Shows the car in a different location than it is. One driver never had his app show he’d picked me up. This seems to happen on shared Lyfts.

the worst app!! I tried calling my driver multiple times get through and the call “ends” only to be charged when they don’t show. Extremely disappointed in customer service BIGGEST SCAM DO NOT TRUST 0/10 user experience!

I needed a ride to the Sarasota Airport at 3am. My driver Brian was at my hotel within minutes. Everything was smooth including the cool jazz. Thanks
