I had 2 of the worst experiences. You have to constantly ask the drivers to put their air conditioner on when the heat is over 95 degrees. I was grocery shopping and called Lyft. First driver came and I opened the door and he yelled about groceries in his car. Then kept on shouting. Very poor customer service. I had my child with me and she seen he was very rude and disrespectful. I then started to take my groceries out. Shut the door and cancelled the ride. I called another. This ignorant young man came with his windows rolled down (I requested in the note to please have your air conditioner on. It’s very hot outside and I have cold items.) and when I walked up to the car started yelling “You have groceries. “No no. I am not putting groceries in my car. It’s not even my car. It’s a Lyft car. I have to pay $200 to $300 to get it cleaned. I’m going to cancel and order you another”. I didn’t have to hear his excuses and financial worries. This is pathetic service. I advised him we have been waiting for a long time. I had no groceries that were leaking or spilling. Me and my child had since moved closer to the car while he was yelling. Customers and employees were watching. Then we noticed he smelled like marijuana. I wondered why he was yelling and talking so fast almost to the point of being incoherent. He rudely drove off. If this is the service customers are going to expect in the hot summer and if your shopping I would not recommend this service. These drivers seem to think they can be as rude and disrespectful to customers. Drive while under the influence of an illegal narcotic while servicing guest with a Lyft’s car. There are taxi services and Uber. They damage your companies name and reputation. What made it worst was the store we were shopping in closed. So me and my child were stuck outside in the heat with perishable groceries. We were blessed a manager was watching us the whole time during both Lyft drivers rude behavior and told us to come inside because it was very hot and there were a dozen or so unquestionable people lurking at the entrance. They both left us in bad situations but the second was worst because he was high and under the influence from illegal narcotics. They should not drive in the summer if they are concerned about gas. They should not pick guest up from a grocery store if they do not want groceries in their cars. They should never yell at a guest or pick up a guest if they are high on illegal drugs. Extremely Disappointed Lyft.

1-Can drivers help with luggage please instead of just “poppong the trunk” of their VERY dirty trunk? 2- IT would be great if drivers didn’t have their music BLARING!!!!

There are times that I am about to order a Lyft and the price will be $15 then 2 minutes later while I’m still on the app and I already selected everything to order the Lyft then all of a sudden the price changes to $19 or even $20.

The new Lyft share is so frustrating. I understand if there is a pick-up or drop-off on my route but for the service to pick me up and drop me off multiple blocks away without having another passenger, is ridiculous!!! Also I’ve graded the ride repeatedly to not pick me up on the street off the highway bc it’s unsafe and dark, to which they constantly send my car to pick me up there, smh. Again Frustrating!!! I went to Lyft from Uber bc it had better share-ride service. Now I’m contemplating going back to Uber. Shape up Lyft or you’re getting shipped out.

Cheaper than Uber and have had very good drivers with clean comfortable vehicles. Highly recommend !! Will definitely use again! They also do background checks on drivers before hiring.

This app is easy to use and very user-friendly. Not difficult to understand or navigate. This has nothing to do with the app, but I will say this – I wish LYFT would have an international presence, particularly in Europe.
