I have rode with Uber for years. On a suggestion from a friend I decided to give Lyft a try. 2 rides today have been very satisfying. Each driver showed up in a very good mood and were very professional. I’m planning on continuing with Lyft for the next couple of rides.

Crashing on every ride

Lately, the app allows me to get a Lyft, but once the driver has accepted, the map freezes & no longer shows the vehicle moving. It unfreezes when I get in the car & then freezes again. Really frustrating.
