They didn’t really give you a chance to explore and you wait 24-hours just to be denied!!

Once you sign up for the dating app you have to be approved after waiting 24 hours. You have access to look at the individuals that were approved in your area. All individuals are Caucasian people. After waiting 24 hours my profile was denied. I am very successful and wanted to meet people who were the same in my area. I had a full description of myself and multiple pictures. The only difference was I am not Caucasian.

I love this dating app. It’s full of incredible features that other apps don’t possess, like the ability to give gifts, see your popularity on the app, share to moments and receive likes similar to a social media platform, and other great capabilities. Also, the pool of users is high class, unlike some other dating apps, and you can meet people all around the world and search by location. I highly recommend Luxy! ?
Doesn’t let you delete your account

This app doesn’t let you even try it without paying an insane amount. I also cannot delete the app now that I’ve realized I can’t use it. Do not try. Luxy support team, if you have one, please delete my account. I hope to hear a response.

I paid for an annual membership and was told my account was disabled due to reports of being inappropriate. Mind you, I’m a fairly new subscriber and have no clue why anyone would go out of their way to have my account removed. To my dismay, the support email on their app has refused to respond with a specific reason in detail as to why my account is now blocked yet they collected my payment.

Horrible app with S***** algorithm I couldn’t find anyone close to me and the app literally crashed every other day preventing me from sending messages to those VERY FEW MATCHES that I found. For 100/month I expect something way better. When I mentioned to customer service I want a refund because there is literally no one around me they said “ change your age preference”. Excuse me!!! I don’t want to date a baby nor my father figure wth is this suggestion. Don’t get it.

So I signed up on this app & two minutes after paying for the subscription my account gets deleted. I’ve sent over 5 emails to the company and all I got was your account was blocked because you were reported thank you. Reported by who? I wasn’t even active yet. I asked if I’d get a refund no reply. I asked if it would be resolved no reply. Very sketchy.
