I downloaded this app in hopes of meeting someone genuine. I was matching with the total opposite. I paid for the 1 month sub. and got disabled after a few hours for no reason. I contacted support and they were extremely unprofessional, as you can see by the way they respond to the negativity on reviews. Would not recommend unless you want to get scammed.. Xx, T ❤️

I paid $99 for a month subscription and even though there are profiles that will match with you, more than likely that’s the furthest you’ll get. Occasionally you’ll get a message or two and then it stops after that. I think Luxy will do that to make it seem like there are real profiles. In reality, most profiles are fake. I wasted $99 on fake profiles and being misled into thinking there are good potential matches on this site. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Signed up less than a week ago. One of my photos had too many people and I needed to upload a new one before I can use the app and it won’t let me upload a new photo!!! It’s been 3 days and no response from their “ app support”. $100 for nothing!

It’s been a week. I’ve tried to do the identity photo thingy several times a day for the week and it literally just won’t accept the photo and then when I request help the app crashes.

I absolutely love this App but it freezes sooooo much, especially when I’m having a great conversation with one of the guys. Please fix this, it’s so annoying! Also after 5 matches you get free 5 (or maybe it’s 10) coins, I made 5 yesterday and today and for some reason it’s showing 0. Fix the app, you have quality people on here looking for love.

Don’t waste your time with this app, absolutely the worst there is, arbitrarily disabled your account, truly a site of double standards and full of fake people and profiles, doesn’t even deserve a one star rating

I Have written to support three times asking for help as my iTunes account was charged for one month black subscription and the upgrade didn’t happen at the app. I wrote three e-mails ... to Luciana as well.. no answer... What is going on ?
