Downloaded it and takes forever to complete the application process. Probably meet somebody before it allows me to use the app. Feel like I’m waiting the line at Walmart before a hurricane. Not a app for impatient people ?

My Luxy app continuously freezes. When I delete it and add the app back, it creates a new account and doesn’t allow my present account. No help from support
