Pretty sure very few (if any) of these users are real people, first of all. Secondly, I tried canceling just after I signed up for one month, and realized that the app had no users in my area. Not only that, but the app was VERY glitchy and slow. It definitely didn’t work as promised. Like many others, I tried in vain to get a refund within just a few hours of signing up. Like everyone else, I was told nothing could be done due to their no refund policy. Lastly, it’s pretty clear that most reviewers who give more than one star don’t speak (or at least write) English as a first language. Don’t waste your money, but more importantly don’t waste your time.

I get it. It’s supposed to be for classy or rich people. But rich people aren’t dumb and no one likes being taken advantage of. The cheapest option for unlimited swipes is $100 a month. With it going up to like $500 for six months. Excuse me? But like tinder is $10 a month and has way more people on it. The price for what you get is insulting. The devs will probably reply saying oh this app is for high class people. But that’s an insult! In America capitalism is king, and no one is gonna pay that much for less users when there’s other alternatives out there for much cheaper. Lower the price, more people will sign up for it, you get more money. Fire whoever is in charge of this ridiculous pricing model and hire me because you clearly do not get it.

I thought this was legitimately for professionals on a different level that other dating apps. However, Luxy forgot a couple things that make this app clearly a scam. There’s two distinct features. I won’t say what they are, so that others can spot the sham as well. Good marketing though, Luxy.

App keeps crashing

I opened an account with yesterday and the app kept crashing, so I had to keep logging off. When I tried log in today, I kept getting an error saying I’m not connected to the internet. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall it, as well as shut down my phone several times. Since I paid for this service, I expect the app to work and does not. I sent an email to customer service and I have not received a response yet. Bottom line, I just want a refund since the app is not working for me.

This is not a good dating app, you have to pay for everything(and it’s not cheap). There are not a lot of people in the area because there’s not enough people on the app. Most of there 5 star reviews is from the app giving people a discount for giving them a 5 star review.

Don’t even download the app, all app is designed to Make you pay. Why would I pay for anything I cannot test?! And the worst part is that you would upload your pictures and there is no way to remove them after so called “verification failed”..what does mean verification failed?! I signed up to use the app and this is just ridiculous to wait fir 24 hours to get verification failed!

This is my only one and first App I have Used for singles. I was kind of aware because most of similar apps have very bad reputation, but this one seems verify all members and the guys Iwrote me and I wrote back are for real.
