I know that it is hard to control scammers. But it seems on a site of this magnitude it would have a way to vet them out.

A great way to start-up your dating if you’ve been out of it for a while like me. I got out of a relationship and after such a long time I felt lost. I wasn’t meeting any eligible men who were decent and single. I read about Luxy online and although it sounded a bit edgy, I gave it a go. I was first afraid of the review process because I really wanted to try this site but didn’t know whether other users would like me. In the 24h period I contacted their customer service rep Luciana and I got great help on how to make my profile look good. For a few weeks now, I’ve been on the Luxy black paid membership, and although it seemed strange to pay for an app like this, it is surprising how useful the black features are! I love that I am not limited in how many profiles I can check out, it’s convenient to see who looks at my profile, and you can go around and see other people’s profile’s anonymously! That really surprised but pleased me as I am naturally a shy person, so I prefer others not to know. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Luxy and their customer support. Would recommend.

The worst dating application. The service is horrible. You must be active on your account and spend more and more money to get some matches or to get someone’s attention. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! people don’t sign it please and basic membership doesn’t give you anything

I am a single female who just joined Luxy. It is a very user friendly app that has a lot of fun creative ways to keep people engaged and wanting to play with it every day! From enjoying the feeling of getting roses sent to you from admirers to having fun playing mystery cards to try to get prizes that help boost your visibility to others, Luxy is beyond the other dating apps out there. Also the quality of people on the site is very high due to Luxy’s vetting process. I have spoken to many professionals who are truly interested in getting to know you! Normally I get bored with dating apps, but the creativity, beautiful look of the app, fun games and great people on the site assure I will be sticking around. Kudos to Luxy!

The purpose of a dating app is to find a long term relationship. I was hoping this would be different from others, but I can’t even try it out. After being vouched in which I figured I had to do since I didn’t make the 200K minimum requirement for the website, I could not do ANYTHING. I assumed after being vouched in, you didn’t have to pay because you are “good looking” enough to match with the men or women who make the 200K or more, and let’s be honest most rich people want an attractive spouse. But you truly can’t do anything.... you can’t message, look at your likes to match with them, choose what CITY you live in so you don’t match with someone half way around the world. Basically all you can do is set the age you want and gender, view people who visit your profile, and go through up to ten people a day to possibly match with. How is this even condusive to finding a date? You shouldn’t even “vouch” people in if you aren’t going to let them use the services you offer without paying. If I made over 200K I would pay... I don’t and I’m trying to find a guy who is better than the 23 year old hanging out in East Village smoking weed until 3AM.

The point of the app is get you to subscribe that's all..and the subscription fee is astronomical..there are no wealthy people on here at all...all lies...like how much red tape you need to go through..not that serious...you have to be hella desperate to pay these prices..this app is a joke... praying all my info is removed! Don't even waste your time at all....the 24 hours wait period is to show you who viewed your profile, to entice you to wanna see what they are saying..then tell me only 3 spots left today...3 spots for what..app is scam and joke Don't expect anything from this app

I spent time for 7-8 months on this app and ended up with a list of matches. There were interesting and prolonged exchanges. The people were from other countries and distant parts of the U.S.Very few locals and those didn’t match. There were many people looking for hookups and a lot of college students.So, if you don’t mind traveling across the U.S. and around the world to meet people, then this app could be for you. Fake 1040s and financial statements are easy to fabricate. Millionaires are very concerned about fraud and security.They use personal matching services that do extensive background screening and most likely wouldn’t pick their partner from an app, or waste their time there. One day I found out that my account was disabled. Very strange! I contacted customer service for an explanation, and never received a response. There was about 5 months left on my Luxy Black subscription. Should I expect to get a refund? Probably the best approach for anyone putting a profile on this app is to use the Basic option only, which is free. Avoid spending money on gifts for people you don’t know. Customer service is minimal, so don’t expect much. ? Update...it took posting a review, but Customer service finally responded! I remember... while browsing that day, I came upon a profile from a woman in her forties. The language was vulgar. She had uploaded ridiculous photos of two elderly women in their 80s, one with hair rollers and the other with dark glasses, calling them “old hags”. Very unbelievable that such a profile would be allowed. I messaged her. After a brief exchange, I stated”I would rather get a refund than a date with the one with the glasses “. She then “blocked” me. Later on, my account was disabled. There appears to be a different standard for posting if you’re a woman. Or, at the very least, arbitrary and capricious application of the guidelines. Therefore, you men using that app, be very careful. I only recommend using Luxy Basic?
