Seriously. When I talk about the service I say Magic Car is coming. Obviously it's beholden to traffic etc. but this service is amazing. Everyplace is Uber and a parking spot all in one. The valets are all super nice and polite and now I don't want to rent an apartment with a parking spot so I can justify having this.

As a car owner who travels frequently, parks in different areas around the city, and needs a parking service that is both flexible and reliable, Luxe answers my parking prayers! The app is solid, has all of the features I need, and the team has been really communicative when you can expect certain behaviors, like high demand times (holidays and Sundays), which helps with planning logistics. I can't say enough for how this service has simplified a problem that has been irritating drivers in NYC for years!

Service is so much worse than it used to be. Can't recommend anymore. Prefer just using a parking lot.

In the beginning was great but I tried to use it twice and no drivers were available!! Don't count on luxe to have your car parked if you are driving to SF
