Used in SF and NYC so far, service was perfect!

The app is atrocious for something so simple. I've had serval instances where the app gps is unresponsive and delays my ride. Plus they never seem to have enough drivers. Ever. Finally the app forces a shared tip for both pickup and delivery. So if there was one bad driver, too bad they still get rewarded. If they're was more competition, LUXE would have to step up but since their the only ones....they're trash.

I notice that the low star reviews are from different cities other than Chicago. Out here it's very easy to use. I use it every time I have to park in the city(street parking can be a nightmare!!). The employees are always thoughtful and prompt. As long as you use the app correctly and request a valet ahead of time you shouldn't have any problems.

Tried it twice. First time ok. Waited 15 mins for pick up. Second time they cancelled my request when I arrived. Not reliable.

I took a unlimited parking subscription....use it in SFO. I feel they need to hire more valets...sometimes i have to wait for more than 30 mins even though i request 45 mins ahead of time. The valets should be provided better means of transportation rather than i kids scooters. The valets do try their best to be on time but i feel they are not notified on time about the pickup. Luxe should organize better. If not...its a waste of $399.

Was great when it first started but it's been going downhill for months. I was a monthly subscriber using it for work but the delays kept getting worse and worse until it was taking over an hour to get my car returned. I cancelled the monthly service. I've tried to use it twice on the pay per use service since cancelling and again, took forever to get a valet. Took forever to get the car back. This time, they couldn't even supply a valet. I don't think the business model is sustainable. ?

One word describes Luxe. CONVENIENCE. I have 3 kids and this is such a fantastic service for us. I highly recommend it

I've mistakenly signed up for the monthly service (in lieu of parking), and the service is far from reliable. Though great in concept, the service needs an order of magnitude more valets to make this work. Expect :45 to 1:15 hour waits for someone to pick up your car. And there is no reliable way to predict when the car will arrive. The individual employees are great, but this system is flawed.

1.5 hours to get my car back

Tried Luxe for the first time last night. It took about 1.5 hours to get my car back. 9 pm on a Wednesday night in SF just isn't a wild or crazy time. I'm just glad it wasn't cold or raining, and that I was on business and not there with my kids. This service stinks.

Sooo slow to no valet period

They need to work on hiring more valet drivers to make this work. You wait so long to have a car picked up and dropped off. Not convenient at all
