Absolutely Love It!

Since lux I think I forgot how to park my car in a parking garage. Wouldn't travel to downtown Chicago without using it!

Customer service has been good and responsive. Drivers are nice and reliable. My only issue is the 60-90 minutes I need to schedule and plan my trip out. If I am being spontaneous or my plans change it can be a pain to wait 30-60 min for ur car. A suggestion is if there aren't enough drivers give us access to the garage and let us pick up the car if needed for emergencies.

I've used this app on a few occasions now and remain consistently impressed with the level of service provided by Luxe. In addition to attentive valets, the Luxe customer care team has been highly responsive. On one occasion a garage attendant (not a Luxe valet) scratched my car when Luxe was retrieving it for me. Luxe took care of arranging for repairs and a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a useful, intuitive parking experience.

Luxe Driver damage your vehicles and force you to take it to there repair shop and not allow you by CA law to take it to your chosen. I asked about a rental car during the time of the repair and no answer is given only to fill a form. They will only take responsibility if the form is signed, yet they admit they are responsible, which they want you to sign is not to share this information to the public. Be aware of this. I will never use this service for the lack there of. I ask if anyone else with the same to speak up.

Going downhill

Takes much longer to pickup and drop off car in sf now (and often they're too busy to take it). Can be super useful in the right situations, but I have trouble relying on them now.

Used this service weekly for over a year. Crashed my car on 2 separate occasions. Always late in picking up and dropping off. Anything from 10 minutes to two hours late. Used to be reliable but now awful service. The valets are very pleasant, but complain of being underpaid. Will update review if I see improvement.

I live in Manhattan on the UWS. Before Luxe I parked in a garage in my building. Luxe is about half the cost and the service is just as good. Highly recommended!

Great valets, overall service dropping

I loved this service when it first came out. It has become increasingly difficult to get a valet and wait times to have car returned in sf are often 30 minutes. Used ride home service for first time today. Driver was great but app was difficult to use to arrange ride home, customer service text line not very helpful and kind of rude, and had to wait a while to get car.

First 2 parks are free! Luxe is amazing! In Chicago the service is quick, easy and professional. At the time of post, the rates in Chicago are $4 each hour or $12 for the day. Overnight is an additional $15. The valets are nice and safe drivers. Once a Luxe driver wouldn't make a u-turn because he saw a cop in the McDonalds. Highly recommend!!!! Cheaper than garage and downtown streets and you chose when and where you want your car to be picked up and dropped off. If you are worried about someone else driving your car, don't. Most people have used valet parking at some point. This is the same idea- just where you want it. Parking at certain "Drops" is cheaper and more quick. Totally worth a try.
