Convenient service but really pricey

Service is fantastic! The people are friendly and punctual. During rush hrs the pickup or drop off waits have been really long. The way I think about it I'm willing to wait as long as it would take me to park and walk. The first time the pickup was right on time but the drop off of my car took a long time >45 min. I was at a bar which made it ok but if I was in a rush it could have been problematic. The best part of the service so that you can be picked up anywhere! So my drop off at my office in the morning and pickup at another spot where I have dinner works out great! The parking price is a little outrageous considering there is a $14 / day lot 2 blocks from my office I find it hard to justify the $30+ daily rate they charge but on days where I'm in a rush it's nice to have he option! The add on services like gas, oil change and car wash are awesome. They do a good job. The receipt makes it clear what you're paying for and when I got my car back it was nice not to have to worry about those things! Just find a way to lower the parking rate and it will be golden!

App forces you to always give your location info, not just when you use the app. At least Uber gives you a reason for this (fraud prevention), Luxe gives you zero info why they need to track you at any time.
Service has become unreliable

I loved this service when it first came out. Unfortunately since then it is no longer reliable such that I finally deleted the app today. I have had several instances where a valet was assigned, then unassigned and received message they were busy and couldn't help me...a message not sent until I was at there place my valet was to pick up car. Today no valet at all was assigned although I gave them 20 minutes advance notice leaving me yet again to scramble for parking and making me late by the unplanned for need to find a parking lot, park car and walk to location. Great when it works but can't count on it working.

I was using this app every week. But last 3 months I tried to use it only 3 times. And each of time , it takes at least 15-20 minutes extra wait time.
