I'm trying to see how much pricing is, never used the app. But there is no way to know without using your introductory services. So much for "transparent" pricing.
Horrible Service, Poor Communication

Absolutely horrible service and horrifying customer service. It took almost an hour to get my car, the app didn't push update and the driver and support failed to update unless prompted by me. All to save a few bucks, novel idea, needs some ironing for the execution. Not an app I'd recommend to a friend or use again.

On the app , they said I should request the service before o went to my destination so o didn't have to wait too long . The first time I didn't do it so I did wait for so long, so second time , I requested the service like 30 min before I get to the destination , but I still waited for 20min after I got to the destination then what's point they asked us to request the service before ? Not good at all.

Requested an hour before arrival. Received confirmation but when we got into SF were told no people were available to park. Because of this had to pay a lot for traditional parking. Useless service
Good idea, horrible execution

I really wanted to like this app. I purchased a monthly subscription, and even though wait times were always long, they have become unbearable these past two weeks. Last Friday, I had to park illegally and wait for about two hours. Customer service was rude and incredibly inaccurate with ETAs. Today, it has been over an hour with no valet in sight. The app has become unusable. Also, one of my iPhone chargers was taken from my car, and they never took any responsibility.

App works great and service is great here in the downtown Chicago area. Minimal wait times, especially if booked ahead. Pricing scheme is fantastic, best deal you can get for parking in downtown Chicago!

I'd give more stars if I could. Luxe is half the price, never ever late (except once... 15 min) and the communication is great. Don't know why so many other people have a problem. In NYC, everyone LOVES Luxe. I certainly do.
