Best service creation in years

Before I would have to call a shopper and a device like minute man to get people to move things of the truck, but we never got it door to door. This just solves it all for me.

We were referred to Lugg my the salesperson at Macy’s when we bought furniture. It was more expensive to go through Lugg than store delivery but, as we had a tight schedule, we thought it worth it as the big selling point is getting to choose a one-hour delivery window. We set it up and paid. The movers were over an hour late ( outside our delivery window) PICKING UP the furniture and they took an hour geting it to the destination. All told, it was a three - hour ordeal waiting. So I spent $20 extra to waste a whole hour more. No thanks Lugg. We got lots of texts about the movers status, btw - mainly oops they are late communications. As delivery was to storage unit rather than home we were still stuck waiting.

My Luggers John & Raymond did a stellar job! They were thoughtful careful fast friendly efficient...and they packed that truck expertly. I would recommend to everyone and for sure would use Lugg again.

I bought a patio table at World Market and didn’t fit in my car. So I tried this service. Book and delivery was effortless. They did everything. Will recommend and use again.

To love a few bed frames, my couch, and a few boxes 4 miles cost me $500. I ordered the largest so everything could fit in one shot (shows how little I had), and the entire event took close to 4 hours. The movers had zero sense of urgency! One of them stood in or near the truck the entire time. He brought down a max of 2 boxes and one couch cushion. I stopped helping for 10 minutes just to see what would happen and literally nothing got done. If I didn’t do 80% of the moving, it would have taken 12 hours to get done. I literally put gloves and started carrying down everything - trip after trip. This happened while the guys I hired walked around, looked at stuff, pointed, tied their shoes. Ultimately, this whole thing turned into a $500 uhaul rental, which would have cost me $50. I did all the work.
