HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They picked up the wronf item

They picked up the wrong item at costco and then went back and looked up the righ item. They then charges me double!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERIVCE!!!!!!!!

Holy crap.. Best thing ever... And I thought id have to wait a day, but they dispatched someone within the hour and delivered within 2...i was shocked and happy. They even carried it up two stories and placed it where i wanted it...it was at least a 300lb buffet table and they took such care and had a great attitude the whole time! I was impressed!...if anyone knows me, Im generally pleased but rarely impressed... This was truly impressive!!

I used Lugg for a discount outdoor sectional I got at a sample sale that was 2 Pieces and seriously huge. The larger piece was 11+ feet. Got an XL and was so pleased with the service. They were fast to pick up (within one hour) and once they arrived they were in and out in 15 min.

Trying to do a small move in Auburn, CA after entering pickup and destination locations and pressing continue nothing happens (not just in the app but on the website as well). I think it's because the service is not available in Auburn but it's impossible to tell because the app provides no feedback at all.

Had a great experience. Showed up on time. The luggers were polite. They even tried to clean up the water from the rain on the floor that they tracked in from moving. Told them not to worry about it. Would totally use the service again at such a great price, why not?
