I bought some furniture on a great sale at Home Goods & they told me they had a company who could deliver. I thought I’d have to wait at least a week. I downloaded the Lugg app while I was checking out and my furniture was delivered by Rodrigo & Michael 1.5 hours later. So pleased! Thank you guys!

Great and easy experience! There were some additional charges that I did not know about beforehand, however. Found that to be sneaky - but that’s a company issue - the guys were great.

Used this service for the first time and exceeded my expectations. It was like using Uber or Lyft. Very efficient and super clear to see where the movers where located during the move. They positioned the furniture in the room and helped quite a bit.

Wow, I just finished a job and am impressed! The process was as expected and the Lugged is friendly and professional. I like knowing the estimate and breakdown in advance so that I know i can ask the slugger to wait but it would add on to my bill. The tracking system is pretty accurate and seamless - you get a reminder the day of, you know when the Lugger is heading over and when they’re almost there, and the other contact I got was able to track their whereabouts on the map too. No hiccups.

Booked this company two days in advance to pick up some furniture from a department store. They showed up 40 minutes late and when they did the store was closed. When I asked about this they said oh we just got the order at 447. The store closed at 5pm. I don’t know how the company works but I booked this TWO days in advance. Not sure why the drivers are JUST getting it. I live in a high rise building and need to reserve elevators when getting furniture. Can’t get another for 3 days. Thanks LUGG! Love sitting in an empty place.
