It is horrible I got the lights aaa Christmas present 1. All the stuff y’all got I never got only came with lights and remote and black and white cord worked for a week app worked for 2 days now my remote doesn’t work nor does the app and it is horrible

Hi am don’t know the app and am very new so if it don’t work and going to but up my old Led I really been looking at some that play Music while I play games but I saw some of the post that people post and some of them is saying that there okay and bad and good so I want y’all to vote for me please if people keep posting bad post about the led lights the bad team win but you say there good and keep posting good things they well win if it a tie both of you win then. I don’t know what to say please post don’t leave me all alone and if they don’t play music am Definitely putting them dOwn please comment and when you say I would put a nasty post

I cant figure out how to change what music it plays there is no instructions on how to do it so I’m stuck with the songs they give me...I really wish that I could do my own music but I cant.

Ok so the lights just came today in the mail and I’m trying too connect them, I tried using the remote, I tried everything and my lights won’t connect at all. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but I tried everything. I read everyone’s reviews. I tried using the manual and they just won’t connect.

This apples changed my remote! I got the app so I could set a time for them to go off... I started playing with the light colors and now my purple light button won’t work!!!! Do not get this app just stick to the remote!!!! The lights are great though the app is terrible

I got these lights a couple months ago and they’ve been great till recently. Idk how but my remote for the tv got connected to the lights and now the app won’t work. Please create some type of reset for connecting devices.

The product works good. It does it’s job. It lights up the room, it works lovely! The app that comes along with it works but I realized that when you put the lights TOO bright or brightness all the way up it will turn off. The color white does not work. Only when it’s lower brightness. When it’s all the way up it will turn off immediately. It is sometimes difficult to turn the lights back on but you just have to get to know it so it works. When the brightness for white is lower it will last longer but will turn off after a few hours. Forget the music, that doesn’t work. But other modes DO work. Otherwise, the lights and app is good :)
