Not good at all

When I Had first got the lights I loved them. I downloaded the app to control it from my phone and the first couple minutes it was connecting fine then it had went out. I tried to reconnect it and it connected but didn’t let me change the color that I wanted it to be. Overall, this app need to have a fresh update to fix bugs.

I installed the Basenor light tubes in my Tesla Model 3 last night and played with this app a little. Overall, it works well to do the basics and the Mic mode (using the Tesla EXTERNAL MIC) is very responsive and accurate. The INTERNAL MIC setting on my iPhone 11 Pro is way too sensitive. Here are somethings I’d like to see added or changed: -Create some iOS shortcuts to do the basic functions (e.g. on/off, change colors, turn on mic mode). That way I could have the lights turn on when my phone connects to the car or Siri voice commands without having to use the app. -Different name and icon for the app. Maybe just “Light Tubes.” In the meantime, I created an iOS shortcut with my own name and icon. -Add sunrise and sunset options with offsets to the schedule tab -Allow multiple schedules (e.g. weekday vs. weekend) -Maybe it’s just me, but the Music tab is useless.

I got rgb led rock lights and they are perfect but this app is completely garbage, don’t expect to use the music section, and if you have more than one device pray that it turns on the right one and not the lights on your truck that get left on all night.

people are complaining about the app not connecting to their lights..i thought the app was false too. try having your phone’s bluetooth on, but not connected to the device. when you go to the app and wait a little (less than a min) it should pop up with a chain sign

Bluetooth failed

So it use to work I have the Bluetooth use to work I connected it so many times go to the app and nothing. My remote didn’t work from the start so I was forced to use the app which now it not registering in app of any Bluetooth. I’m so mad. Until it fixed my review will stay I’m not happy how hard it is to use.

Please Allow Custom Sequences

The lights are great but the app is very limited. It would be great if it was updated to allow you to make your own changing sequences with custom colors. Integration with Spotify would be great also.

The app works the first time and then never again. It never connects to the Bluetooth. I tried redownloading. Plenty of reviews say this and the app makers don't care. If you really want an app for your lights, just go with a better quality or even raise your price range. Really disappointed.
