Not connecting for me

It was going great at first then it just stopped connecting so it would be nice if I could get a lil help cus now this app is useless ???
Doesn’t connect

These never connect to my phone so the app is literally useless, it always says it’s connected in settings but it doesn’t change colors or anything.

I got it so I could hook my music up to my lights and I do have Apple Music but it would not connect at all and just showed some random songs that are absolutely not from my phone. The light themselves already come with a remote so I see no point in using this app unless the problem gets resolved.

Bought these for my kids for Xmas. They work great except the Bluetooth is all the same name. So between the three kids they never know what Bluetooth is for who’s room.

I got this app and I was exited about the fact that it can play music but then I added a schedule and now my lights turn on at six AM and I can’t stop it

This app is very easy/simple to use and very great. But some people lose their controller/remote often. I’ve been losing my remote a lot lately, I think they should add a button to locate the remote, because a lot of people lose their remote so easily. This would make it way easier to find and will cause less stress to people.-(This is my first review)

What I push blue it is red on the light strings it has to do with the App. Even when I push Green on the remote it’s blue

had these lights for around a month now and still they won’t connect to my phone no matter what I do. Doesn’t actually flash along with music from my experience (haven’t found a way to do it after trying for many hours of frustration) Lights turn on and off by themselves 4-6 times a day at random points. had them on my walls for only a month or less and the sticky part holding the lights onto the wall has already started to fall of multiple times in many different places. please spend your money with anyone but this company for your lighting. I would recommend a company called Sengled that makes very affordable and functional LED lighting with a simple and user friendly app. I would give 0 stars if possible but it only goes down to one. absolute garbage product.
