Stopped working

My lights just stopped working i got them for Christmas 1 month ago I woke up and they wouldn’t turn on ?.
Go buy different lights.

Bought these a few months ago and just like everyone else, they came off my wall easily so i had to use some double sided tape to fix the issue. Oh and the app is completely garage, doesn’t help that the remote they give you literally dies within a month. Take your money elsewhere

So ummm....I got this product for Christmas and I was so so excited to put it up! So, the day I put it up was a hassle and I didn’t even need the instructions- but anyways the next day they weren’t working! The cords kept coming down, and when you have long walls it’s very hard to use this because of the white thing you have to connect the led scripts too ?

So I got this app to control my lights and while the lights stay up fine the app barely works, my roommate who has the same light can use the app on his phone but the app only controls his lights from his phone, the app on my phone connected to both mine and his when I got it so I had to manually disconnect from his lights every time I wanted to change my lights. Now all of the sudden the app on my phone doesn’t want to connect to my lights at all, it only wants to connects to my roommate’s lights.

It’s good! But sometimes the app disconnects from you blue tooth so you gotta connect everything. But besides that everything’s great!

I hate these my lights don’t work no more neither the app my remote stoped working as well after an hour it was HORIBLE this was my only bday present I got besides going to go carts and laser tag this company really let me down.Don’t waste your money

This app is not bad. Definitely needs some upgrades, but works fine. All the other comments are about the LED lights themselves. But that’s for Amazon, so write it there. ALSO IF YOU CAN READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CLEARLY SAY WHERE THERE STICK AND WHERE DO NOT. And if your having problems with music, it doesn’t pair with Apple. So take the microphone and put PHONE MIC option and play the music. Boom. It works.

My lights were perfectly fine when I got them on Christmas, but now it’s getting annoying I have to spend all night just to get my lights to the color I want it because sometimes it doesn’t change colors it’s even just red, yellow, orange, green. I try to change it to purple it would be red blue it would be orange. It is never the color I wanted. Then it’s starting not to stick to my tv my other led lights stuck to my tv but this one doesn’t? Don’t even say “well maybe it’s big or it’s too small” No my grandma got the right size to fit it at this point I’m gonna tell my mom to take it down and get my new ones from a different brand this made me so mad Bc I was waiting all year for this and I get this? If you wanna get it go ahead it might be good for some people but it’s not good for me I can’t do this anymore if this doesn’t work tonight I’m unplugging it and throwing it in the trash.
