Won’t connect

The lights work amazingly but, the app won’t let me connect to my lights. It has connected some thing but not my lights because when it is connected to it I tried to change the colors on my light stay the same. I hate writing bad reviews but I’m getting no help here?

I ordered these led light sand they are ok not amazing but not bad. The app won’t connect. All over th box of says how it is bkutioth and this and that. But half of it is not true. I feel silt was a waste of money and theses over all should be better

This app is awful. It would not pair to my lights most of the time and when it did work they would disconnect every time I close the app. You are better off just using the remote.
False Advertisement- Does NOT work with own music

The pamphlet specifically says lights blink to YOUR favorite music; what it actually does is blink to THEIR preloaded songs. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying.
Reconnecting lights in app !

The lights are perfect and work great but the app can be a bit buggy. it disconnected one day and the lights wouldn’t pop up in my devices so i tried unplugging the lights from the outlet and plugging them back in and it worked! they appeared in my devices so if you had the same disconnecting issue try disconnecting the leds from the outlet and plugging them in again it should pop up ?
App only worked for a day

These were fun to make colors with like mist and such but the app stopped connecting and I can’t do much with the remote compared to the app

The lights work great but the light colors on the app don’t match so for example red could be blue so on and so fourth and when put on the strobe mode where the color blue is it will just be black

The app was fine but all of a sudden it’s on crack? when I’m to put pink it would be green n if I was to put blue it would be orange. Literally doesn’t make sense didn't have this issue before. Idk if it’s a bug that needs to be fixed but they needa fix it cause it’s annoying
