This stopped working on iPad as soon as the iOS 11 update was done. Tech support is very nice, but it literally takes over 1 hour of hold time. I feel as if I’m wasting my time being a beta tester. Still works on my computer (not using chrome), and on my iPhone, but I did not update my phone yet. This is frustrating!

I cant use my ipad with ios 11 to see my security cameras!! Please fix this asap!!! What good are security cameras when you cant see what they are seeing!!!!

Lorex used to be at the top with their security camera technology. They still make quality cameras, but this whole software/internet thing has them very confused. My sense is, but I don’t know for fact, is they’ve been pulled kicking and screaming into the digital age. Across the board their software works like it was written by frustrated programmers in way over their heads with management breathing down their necks. They don’t listen to customer feedback: In fact, they seem to be annoyed by it. Given the obvious bugs and disfunction of this app I seriously don’t thing they do any beta testing. There are many newer, less expensive and better quality systems out there. Sad that Lorex has become a dinosaur.

Over nine months and the iPad app still isn’t working. Anybody figure out how to fix this problem yet? Spent over $2000 on cameras for my home and businesses. I can’t even check in on them. I uninstalled and the app I was using is gone, now I’m stuck with this and it doesn’t work either.
