App is horrible, can’t access cameras remotely. App hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. AVOID!

Needs a lot of updating. The Lorex surveillance system itself is great, but monitoring the cameras with this app on your phone is useless! Forget about using the app for remote playback of your video feed, it’s not even worth trying. Complete waste of time!
Cameras drop to frequently.

I had this system now for 5+ years. From installed date system has always dropped camera connections. You never know what camera is working. Reboot solves the problem for awhile but not that long. Remote access should at least give you a remote reboot option on the app. I have 8 cameras and not often do I see all functioning properly. App seams to work well. I don’t believe my issues are the app. I would not recommend the system I have installed.

Are you kidding me? Two years ago for that last update? Worked one time on my phone then never again. Downloaded app for MacBook from their site. Worked one time now crashes every time , have to force quit. Plus no Live View What a waste
Wifi Connectivity Only

The IOS app does not work again. This happened about 3 years ago and it took more than a year for them to fix it. With the latest IOS update their app is broken again. When you call tech support they act like they are not aware of any issues. I might just replace my system with another system that works.

Lorex NetHD Stratus app was working fine for me for over 5 years, who knew once I updated to IOS 13 that it would stop working completely!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORK AGAIN as I spent $2000 for your cameras system! As for the cameras, they are all still working fine, I can view them locally.

I have been using this app for last 4 years but past 2 months it’s not working. Please fix it. Also your app takes long time to load and it moves so slow.

Their app and camera system is junk. I have to reboot the unit every other week because one of the cameras would stop working. And now their app will not work on LTE, you have to be at home connected to your home WiFi in order to get remote live viewing to work. What’s the use in that??? In addition now they have 5 other apps to download. Why so many apps to confuse us?
