Not reliable

The app is not reliable. The moments I need to view in real time, it freezes, then jumps to real time so I miss transactions. I am extremely upset I have spent over a thousand dollars on this system and it is not reliable. I can't believe they haven't updated this app in almost two years. What kind of company is this?! Take care of your old customers to keep them coming back!! This is my second system with Lorex and my first, cheaper system is better than this one! Currently looking to replace all 16 cameras and they will NOT be Lorex unless they can fix this before I make my decision. Couldn't be more disappointed.


Wifi only?

I used to be able to view my camera's from cellular. Now just wifi? Need a update or remove an update. I used this app everyday. Not so much now.


Can view Any of my cameras unless

Only works on Wifi

Like title says my iOS mobile app only works when I am at home on the wifi network. It used to work great from anywhere 6 months ago. I tried all trouble shooting from lorex. WE NEED AN UPDATED APP TO FIX THIS ISSUE. I see others are having the same problem


Time for an upgrade

Disappointing for sure!!

App works intermittently. Last updated in 2013 says it all. Lorex/FLIR please put some attention on this app.

I was able to see my cameras on my iPhone 4 months ago. Now it can only be open on the app at home on wifi. This app is horrible.


Tech Support is Impossible

I've used this App for 2 years and it worked great. Something recently happened and it no longer works. I have to wait 2 hours on hold each time I call tech support. So far I have spent over 50 hours trying to get this problem fixed. They keep trying to close the ticket and they will NOT fix the problem. The app does NOT work at all. The biggest problem is waiting 2 hours on hold each time I need to talk to tech support. I've left my phone number on their call back service and I NEVER EVER get a call back.


Up date the app

You really need to answer your customers when they ask for an application update for this model. Otherwise, your potential new customers will realize Lorex doesn't care after the product is SOLD. Jim


App Needs Help!!

The app worked pretty normally when I first picked up system over a year ago. Now I can't seem to connect outside of a wifi connection that is very strong or while at home. Basically doesn't do much outside of wifi or your home. Like many say this app needs some help to work consistently. Hopefully something will change as I really like the system.

This app was useful, a little slow, but worked. Now it only works on wifi. I have 6 business locations and am interested in getting this system to work again. Then I can purchase new cameras to go with it. It appears that Lorex doesn't care what its customers are saying and asking for. They just want their system to work.
