Can’t justify wasting my money any longer

I can’t justify paying such huge sums for an IOS app that is really not evolving into anything but a database program. It is outrageous to be forced into a subscription model for logbook software. Perhaps high end photo editing software could warrant a subscription but not for a simple logbook. Hugely disappointing. What a huge waste of money.

I’ve had LogTen pro for years and stopped paying the yearly fee because it is so expensive for a glorified spreadsheet. They have continually increased the price and eliminated the onetime fee for the computer edition. I tried to export my data to another program but they have made it extremely complicated. Their customer service as a paying member provided zero support. I regret ever using LogTen pro and would suggest new pilots investigate other options that won’t charge them an exorbitant amount for what they could accomplish in excel.

To time consuming to register aircraft, registrations, types, models and airports before I can log. When I started flying my logbook didn’t even have the exact times to note, only the total flight time. Why not have the option to fill out only total time? If I am to swop my 10 logbooks into an app it better be easy to fill out, otherwise I won’t bother. Tho I really would like an app so I could easy pull reports and statistics. Now I will rethink this and look for another app. Claes
The best for professionals

LogTen Pro, by far, is the best software for the professional pilot. The team at Coradine makes their product look great and the user-program interface seamless. While the subscription $$ makes some people balk, it’s the price to pay for software that is never buggy, peace of mind with information security, and a support staff that quickly responds to any difficulty you may have. If you truly want the best of the best, you won’t find it anywhere else.
Finding time errors in export file

updated to 2 stars because of dev quick response; But I’m looking at the app numbers and looking at the export file numbers, OUT OFF ON IN numbers are randomly off for too many flights. No amount of customer service/dev talk will change that fact. original review: I decided the subscription price wasn’t worth what this app is, a pretty excel UI. But god bless is is convenient. While I was transferring my data to windows excel via an excel style export file generated by this app I’m finding several errors in flight times. Specific examples, Out Off On In times are jumbled and some are straight up wrong. I checked the export file times against the times input into the app itself and they simply do not match in several cases. Warning to anyone using this, the programming is messed up somewhere in this app.

Difficult and cumbersome. Not intuitive, plus the sync never works. Would not recommend
