Incredible customer service & support! I was very apprehensive about converting 40 years worth of flying into an electronic logbook. LogTen Pro customer service has been absolutely OUTSTANDING! Extremely helpful, professional & timely with numerous issues I was having as a first timer. I feel as if I should send them more money considering all the time & effort the staff has given me! Brilliant application, easy to make entries & format options seem limitless.

Ive been using LogTen pro for about two years now and it has been amazing , great features, easy way to track time and has a lot of tools to use very convenient app, im current experiencing an issue with the RADAR where it keeps track of your time and shows all the totals and it keeps giving me issues after I sync the log bog with the other one on my phone

I have tried so many different digital logbooks and for a while had settled on a powerful excel sheet for cost. However, the airline I’m with now does not offer excel through the company and I am not keen to pay 100 dollars for office per year and maintain my difficult spreadsheet. That bring said this app is great, the price is a little steep but it’s cheaper than excel. I don’t have a Mac so I’m using my iPad and phone but this is just exactly what I needed. The ability to export is fantastic and the app is super friendly and easy to use once set up. Can’t say enough good things, the only drawback again is the price. 59.99 would be easier to swallow than 79.99. If you are flying for fun and not as a career this app might not be for you but if you have a career as a pilot this is a must have in my opinion. “Oh he times they are a changing.”

App has been crashing consistently for several days now! Way too expensive of an app to have such an annoying problem!

As someone whose logbook history varies between GA, Part 135, and 121 captain and FO this interface can be quite cumbersome to use, the autofill becomes a liability rather than an assistance at times and not being to simply select all of the fields you want available for all entries is very frustrating. I can’t find a way to enter tailwheel time at all. Additionally, the service they offer to import .csv format spreadsheets of previous time directly into the app was only about halfway complete when it was finally done, with total time and actual instrument time completely left out, requiring me to enter those corrections line-by-line. The subscription platform is also BS considering how much is paid every year and I thought I would get something worthwhile in return. I’ll let it lapse and switch to something I can use on both an Apple mobile device and a PC (CrewLounge PilotLog)

This has helped me to log my time more often because it’s easy, it has made me audit my paper log book and find some flights I summed up wrong

Orion helped to finally have my logbook all together. He was a great example of Customer Service at its best.

Overpriced, sucked into a subscription service after you are tied into their logbook, I wish I could import this all into another logbook to be honest. edit - Not a misunderstanding of the subscription model, when I first bought your product it was a once off purchase.
