Outstanding logbook.

Beer Fridge

It seems like many of the bad reviews I’ve read here have mostly to do with not learning the app (it’s like a complex airplane - you have to study it to know it fully) or just bad luck with an iOS device, or not utilizing support to its full advantage. I've had some tech issues with the app, but support has always been outstanding, even though sometimes there wasn’t a full resolution available (most were fixed in future updates). I encourage everyone who tries the app to fully engage with its capabilities and fully engage with Coradine’s support team. It takes some time but if you’ll do it, I think you’ll learn to love LogTenPro. I still keep paper logbooks but LTP is my on-the-go logbook. I use it at my airline on every leg. It takes just a minute or two but in that minute or two I record more data than I could ever manage with a paper logbook. I also tend to use LTP as a flying diary - not something all pilots would do, but being able to record data other than flying times all in one app, all on one device is simply amazing. Also, the data analysis available with LTP is extremely powerful. The smart groups alone are worth the subscription cost. My advice is to stick with it rather than abandoning it at the first sign of trouble (you know - unlike what most people do with their marriages). Also, if you’re really an airline pilot, consider stopping the complaints about the subscription cost and be grateful for how much money you make - not required folks, but just saying...gratitude really works.

Integration with RosterBuster

The_Dude_He_Abides

Makes my life easy. Either a quick thumb tap to start logging a flight or export Flica data through RosterBuster after the fact.

Got an email from the CEO virtue signaling

SW Galaxy of Transactions

I received an unsolicited email from the CEO yesterday stating the following below and decided it’s time to stop and not renew my subscription. Court Jester’s should stick to court jesting. All Lives Matter. My fellow Aviators, I am sickened and outraged by the senseless killing of George Floyd and so many others at the hands of police, along with the underlying systemic racism that incidents like this bring to light. I don’t have the answers, and have come to realize that the most respectful thing I can do is listen to all the black voices that have gone unheard, and then take action. I choose to be anti-racist. I will listen. I will learn. I will vote for change. Below are some resources the Coradine team have found helpful, with information on how you can get involved. Join us in educating ourselves, donating, and supporting Black Lives Matter. All the best, Noah Lieberman Founder & CEO Coradine Aviation Systems

Racist email.

Skeptical John

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Last week this company sent the most racist email I’ve ever received. 1: I won’t be shamed for my race - I didn’t choose it. 2: This company should have the right to say what they want and their customers have the right to not put up with it. I’ve moved my subscription to Safelog and won’t be coming back - especially knowing that some of my subscription fee would be going to Black Lives Matter, a racist organization. Cute reply. No, that was NOT the full email. You missed all 5 links that followed his signature block - including the link, “75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice” If it were “White Lives Matter” and “75 things Black People Can Do for racial Justice”, would it be racist? How about another of your links, NAACP? If it were the National Association for the Advancement of White People, would that be racist? Race shaming white people will not get the change we need. This divisive garbage regurgitated by your CEO is classless and shameful. Until we all see each other as “people”, not “white people”, “black people”, “brown people”, “(insert color here) people”, racism will unfortunately continue. ALL Lives Matter! Bezos can spew the same racist filth because he has no competition. You, sir, do - among many, Safelog.

Too expensive

Too expensive

Good but pricey

Ayo1917364

I’ve just this app for the past 3 years and it works good, it’s very simple to use, I like it . Only problem I have is the price. It’s too expensive, it’s an excel spreadsheet, why would you have to pay so much every year, I think it’s ridiculous

Lost a year of logs

liljustjust

I went to sync my logbook with my new phone and lost a whole year (2019) during the process. Will take me hours of digging to re enter all that time. Great product, but I’d highly recommend having a paper backup still.

Very useful, but way too expensive

Apfelmaennchen

Excellent query and print presentation functionality, but the price is ridiculous - in that price range one can get a full EFB (!) containing a *ton* of tools - including a logbook. None of those EFB logbooks are as good as this one, but they do much of what most pilots need; one can perform most recurring queries and generate an IACRA table at a push of a button. If this software were priced much more reasonably (less than half for sure) I'd consider coming back and stay. But at this point I rather live with the shortcomings of an EFB logbook than pay a price I see as way too high.

Not worth the money

Reader2017

Like the app, but $80 a year is way to much. It should be half that much for a basic one year subscription. Guess I’ll go back to the trusted paper logbook.

Not impressed

fluffyman steve

Has expensive annual subscription where comparable, and arguably better, digital flight logs are free or have a 1 time fee. LogTen is difficult to sync across multiple devices especially for apple products (both WiFi, and cloud sync is not intuitive or user friendly). I needed customer service twice since 2017. No phone number is available to talk to a real person. E-mail was the only option both times. It took 4 days to be contacted by the company the 1st time, and over a week to be contacted the second time. If a mediocre and expensive digital flight log with poor/no customer service is your thing, then I highly recommend LogPro 10.
