Needs update
No. Just no.
This app is in terrible need of an update. It crashes when entering new info. When you try to input data into one of the fields, for example “Facebook PW”, it changes to some unrecognizable jibberish like “&$/;>}” when trying to save it. Additionally, the foreground screen for unlocking the app is very dark on top of having black numbers in the background to unlock it, essentially giving a “black on black“ effect making it somewhat difficult to see the actual numbers you need to tap to unlock the app even with brightness on device turned all the way up. I’ve dealt with this for years but is it really that difficult to configure numbers that are better visible to the user?? For places in low light, it’s just annoying, but in places with high light (ie outside & in rooms where you have the light on) it’s almost impossible to see the actual numbers behind the “vault doors”. Update this bad boy & it might be worth something.
Jumbled mess

I open my lockbox this morning to get a password and all of my information is a jumbled mess of letters, numbers, & symbols. Nothing is interpretable. I can only assume I have lost all of my valuable information.
App failed
WAY ANNOYED!
I have used this app for several years. A while ago some of the passwords became garbled e.g. #@$*%=;?! This week I tried to log in but the whole screen is messed up..its locked, does not accept my password, and I cannot access my information. Can you please correct the problem or let me know what I can do to clear any stored information. I don’t believe it is safe to not have access to wipe out the stored passwords!! Please contact me as soon as possible!

Have used this for years and love but have been very frustrated lately because when i type anything new it chances it to a bunch of random letter - unreadable and not matching what i originally typed. Happens almost every time now - huge waste of time and no reason for it to be doing that.

What is the deal everything I put in lock box has changed to all different letters I cannot make out any codes I had in so how can I get back to see my information I put in.

When I try to change a title or name it is now gibberish! I can’t add a new name. This issue needs to be fixed.

I like the app. - It is difficult to see the shaded out numbers, in the sunlight, when I am outside trying to enter my passcode. - most times, when I type a title and save it, I get a bunch of random characters. Not sure I want to buy the full version if it does this.
Passcodes changed to Gibberish

Most of my information, Passwords changed to gibberish and I cannot access them. Screen changed to black and cannot see numbers to enter my code to unlock it.

Since upgrading to IOS 11, any new information added, comes up in hieroglyphs!!!!
