I can no longer access my lockbox after upgrading. My password no longer works and there is no way to fix it

Something is wrong with the app since updating. Went in today to enter a new password file and it enters garbage as the name and I can't fix or edit. There is a bad bug!

Glad for the update, but not saving Titles correctly.

Like another reviewer I was glad to see this was updated since the latest OS was telling me this would not be supported soon. Unfortunately when I write in a new title and try to save it I get nonsense instead. So I would type PE Rewards and it will save as ePFg///[[[tuio or something crazy like that. Please fix or I will have to change to another app.

Lost all passwords

I have had this app for many years. When I just tried to open it all my saved usernames & passwords were jumbled unintelligible symbols. Now I am even afraid they could have been unsecured. DON’T GET THIS!

Don’t update to iOS 11!!!

I just update to iOS 11 and it prompt me to update te app. Once updated the title of the passwords are all messed up! . For instance I Hadoop title of my email with my username and now the title is a bunch of letters without sense like ^]GVR\ZYZMMY so I don’t have idea what password is for what account or website. This app now is a absolute crap

I have used Lockbox for the last 5 years or so and it has been amazing...until recently. Now just about every time I log into it some of the the titles become random letters, numbers & symbols making them useless. I’m getting nervous that I can’t rely on what is in it still being there (and readable) when I sign in. It has been a great program until now but I don’t recommend it currently until it gets fixed.

I have used this app for years and loved it until now. When I open the app now it is nothing but gibberish. Random letters and symbols. Please send an update to correct this.

This used to be perfect for me. Simple and to the point. Now on the title, numbers and symbols come out instead of the name I’ve actually entered!! Now i’ve lost most of my information Are you going to fix it? Please do, this was exactly what I needed. This mess happened right after the upgrade

Update turned my titles to gibberish!

I updated the app and when I reopened it 50% of my titles were changed to symbols and random letters. I have the passwords, but don't know what they're for! What a mess! Has anyone found a fix?
