I can barely see the number when entering my pin. That's not even the biggest issue. When I go to add a new entry... it saves the name (Title) into random characters, if the title name is 10 characters or more. Not cool. The app is a mess. Wish I had never updated.

Was working well until suddenly about half the titles were changed to mixed letters and symbols with no meanings. Can someone help get the titles restored?

Is there any way you can update this app? I want to still use this app but I'm having a problem with entering my password. The background is the color black and the numbers are black as well. Can you change the color of the numbers to white so I can enter my password to use the app again? Update this to run on IOS 11.0.2 please. Thank you
All data got wiped out after app update

All of my data is gone after the update and password change. It is in machine readable language and support like for this app is broken. STAY AWAY from this app...

Ever since I updated this app on 10/7/17 I have been getting random letter/number/symbol codes in it. I am unable to add anything new to the lockbox because it converts what I try to out in to these weird number/letter/symbol codes. It is very frustrating. I wish I had never updated it now. Please fix the problem!

Liked this app, but all of a sudden gibberish. Nothing but gibberish!!! This is a disaster as I have so many passwords for work. Now they are all gibberish. Please get this mess fixed immediate or you're gonna loose this customer.

It does not work, you can’t save the initial password to access the app. So what’s the point.

I have used Lockbox without any difficulty for several years. No big complaints. Glad to see compatibility with IOS 11. Needs a tweak so that password can be entered without going through the reset process each time

I have used this app for some time and was disappointed when it stopped working on IOS 11. I was shocked but excited to see it start up again after the recent update. I can open everything but exporting does not work. Obviously since the last glitch it is important to be able to do this. I hope Gee can fix this soon.
