I am going to a new grade this year and I need a big and supportive bookbag and their book bags have everything I need, it lasts a long time also. I just wish that they could stock up on the book bags quicker because I added a bookbag to my cart but when I went to order it , it was out of stock but other than that the app is great ?.
Touch log on fails periodically

I use an I phone 7 with the most current updates applied I believe it’s 11.4.2. This issue has occurred for some time. Periodically the app will “forget” to use touch log in and ask me to sign up for it again. This has happened multiple times over multiple versions of IOS.

I love LL Bean. This app needs a little work, though. First, it wouldn’t let me add an item to my cart and then it wouldn’t go to my shopping bag. I just ended up going to the website instead. No big deal. It did keep my items I had selected. I know this company is all about quality, so I know they will get this fixed in time. Then I will give 5 stars! ⭐️

The lack of an an iPad version seems odd from a company with a history of making catalogs. The larger screen makes browsing much easier. Alternatively, please add support for Apple Pay on the web on your website.

I’ve had this app for a couple years and check it daily for great deals. Lately every time I open it there is a pop-up requesting my email address to get notified of sales. I already get this! I have to close the pop up to view the whole page! I CANT STAND THIS!! I’m going to delete the app if this isn’t fixed.

Coupons Dollars & RETURNS! Not excited about losing coupon $$$, as it is really buying from LLBEAN orders that we earned these REWARD! Some of us are taking care of parents with Aliz. Sibling with CA, as parents can’t help b/c of ALIZ!!!!!??? (+) now LLBEAN is taking away our “RETURNS” to 1 year! As it use to be Anytime!!!! WOW, ??? Wondering if I need a new card for points to fly or earning $$$ back guarantee!!!
Not Up to LLBean’s Standards

I love LLBean’s products and have been a loyal purchaser for over 30 years. Which is why it makes it so hard to rate their app so low! I have had so many issues with this app that I just use their website instead. Here are just three of the issues I have with app. First, for some reason I have never gotten either Fingerprint ID or Face ID to work with this app (on different phones even). It IDs ok but then it auto fills the login email with null and a partial password so it never logs in. This happens over and over on different phones so I have to disable it. Second, when using the scanner to read a gift card it read the bar code ok, filled in a number, then said it was an invalid number and pin when I went to apply it. After comparing the number to my card, for some reason it prepended the number with extra digits. When I deleted those extra digits it worked fine. So another “app benefit” that didn’t work right. And finally performance is generally so slow. It is constantly refreshing and waiting on pages with a spinning dot circle graphic that should become the new LLBean logo! I want to use this app but these are only three of many other performance and UI issues. So website for now...
