When I open the app it simply freezes and becomes completely unresponsive.

This app is fine, but for as rad as L.L.Bean is as a company, it could be a little better. The Touch ID doesn't usually cooperate when I log in, and sometimes it takes a second time opening the app to get it to log me in. It's a little glitchy and slow but not terrible. Just tweak it a dab guys and it'll be perfect!!

App is painfully slow and unresponsive. Touch ID doesn't work. Regular log in doesn't work, either. With their "system upgrade" taking weeks (if not months) to complete, and their ordering and shipping processes in shambles, L.L.Bean continues to limp along. Quality and service have deteriorated noticeably, and this app is just a sad reflection of their current situation. Pathetic.
