A couple things missing

In most iphone apps swiping from left to right goes back a screen. It would be nice to have that capability in this app. Also, after clicking on an item in your wishlist the back button doesn't take you back to the wishlist. This is incredibly annoying. The only way to get back is to click on my account and wishlist again. I should be able to swipe right back to the wishlist after viewing the item. Finally, the app does crash sometimes.

Please consider updating this app for the iPhone X and iPad. I would like to be able to sign in using Face ID and checkout with Apple Pay in future updates. Thanks!

Very frustrating - earned coupons aren't able to be used automatically and the full # doesn't display - so if you want to redeem coupons you'll have to use a computer or make a phone call. Disappointing. Also, while looking at something like shoes you can only see 1 at a time - takes too long.
VERY slow to open then shuts down
New iPhone 5 Owner
Anyone who knows me knows L.L. Bean is my favorite place to shop and probably will be for years to come. Unfortunately, as much as I love L.L. Bean, the app has a lot of bugs, starting with how long it takes to open once you click on it. Of all of the apps on my phone, this is the only one that won't open reasonably quickly. Once it's finally open, it then crashes or closes automatically somewhat often, and I haven't figured out the pattern to determine why. I can be looking for several minutes at coats, for example, and then just clicking on another one and the app closes. If you want to use the app, click to open it, then go run errands or something and maybe it will be open when you get back. Of course, this is an exaggeration but given that it also crashes or automatically shuts down frequently, which is not an exaggeration, if you like to shop at L.L. Bean as much as I do, use their actual website or go directly to one of their retail stores. Don't bother with the app.

This app used to work great! It was so simple to search and purchase items and make a wish list. I have used it many times. I recently tried using it again, but it won't even let me search! Automatically closes. To the app developers ---- Please make it the way it used to be!! Not sure how you do it but please fix! Thank you :)
Slow to open

App is still slow to open, taking almost 45 seconds to load past the first screen even though I have a fast connection. Please fix.

Ipad needs a better app
