App is not so great on iPad

The goods are the best but the app is obnoxious on an iPad. LL Bean, you are famous for great goods. Why destroy that reputation with an iPad app that looks like it was designed for a four year old. It's probably fine on a phone, but we are grownups and have big screens. Take advantage of that and use all the screen's real estate, please...
No problems here

I love the account history and the way I can see what I've bought and when and track my purchases. Most arrive sooner than expected except the holidays but I can be assured they'll come even if it is 7pm! Just called today about a return I didn't feel like typing out. Customer support is great and I can now make a decision on whether to return or not. Thankyou so much for still being llBean! The other companies have gone down hill. But I still trust you with a guarantee that I will be satisfied.

I just downloaded thus app bc I need layers(it’s cold!!). The app is super glitchy. I’m so sad.
Excellent App but Poor Device Support

I love the app but the lack of iPad or Android support severely limits is usefulness. When you’re in the business of selling products online, having your images distorted by upscaling on an iPad isn’t exactly an ideal experience.

When I scroll through the product image gallery, sometimes — when I get to the final image — it will not allow me to scroll back. I must close and re open the app. Otherwise- beautiful app on my iPhone7!
