My name is Michael Perez, and I’m a veteran of the USN working for lime as a juicer since the beginning of the year in Corpus Christi, TX., 78404. Johnathan Trevino, who works at the lime hub, came on my property and stole five personal chargers, and three lime scooters that I was charging that were not due back til 17:00. This is not the first time Jonathan Trevino has taken scooters from me, he also took two scooters from my back patio about 1.5 weeks ago, and were also not due till 17:00. The lady that was there that said she worked with corporate has threatened to deactivate my account, for what? For one of their employees stealing my personal property? This is unacceptable and I have notified Corpus Christi police. Event #1911040717. Below you will find a screen shot of the three scooters taken, and an audio recording of Johnathan Trevino admitting stealing my personal property. Thanks for your time in advance.

If you sort by “recent” they are a 1 stay company...The App didn’t identify authorized drop-off spits so it simply won’t let you lick it and keeps charging. Even after if runs out of battery; which it did relatively quickly. A random person on another line made the comment I was lucky because mine was better than his...that was surprising since the one I was using was more pain than help. I don’t know how they have so many 4-5 star reviews.

Every other service, scoot, skip, jump, etc. all immediately refund you if you report an issue. The lime app is so horrible, there isn’t even an option to report an issue. I would say at least half the time the scooter has no juice left or it won’t unlock, and they still charge me for the ride. It gives me a trip summary and says “you travelled six feet and your ride took two minutes” you’d think they would know that this means the scooter didn’t work and they wouldn’t charge you, but no. Absolutely ridiculous bush league tactics to get a few more bucks.
Lime = thieves
BE CAREFUL!!! I was recently charged $70 worth on my account. I had a few dollars still left on my Lime account. So there was absolutely no reason for me to add $70 worth of rides to my Lime account. I don’t even use Lime that often. Had it not been for my bank calling me about suspicious activity I wouldn’t have known. Not sure if this was a glitch, but I reached out to Lime as soon as it happened(including screens shots) and still haven’t heard back. Won’t be using Lime anymore and also filing a complaint with the City of Dallas.
