Refused Refund

This morning I jumped on a Scooter that showed it had 20% battery life w/ one bar. I was only going a a little over a mile so I figured that would suffice. Less than a minute into my trip the scooter dies and I have to walk and find a new one. Later, I ask for a refund and Lime refuses implying the fault was mine by assuming I didn’t check the battery life before the trip. I have never had an issue with Lime previously and it’s baffling to me that instead of making things right with their customer they *blame* their customer. Wild.
App Doesn’t Work

Use Circ instead. App doesn’t work. There’s no way to sign up right now. No way to contact customer service and sounds like they threaten people on other customer reserves.

There are red out zones all over the city so you end up walking just as far as you would have anyway

It was my first ride. The throttle switch was broken and made it a little difficult but the ride was fun. Will do it again
Way to expensive

App is ok, scooters are crap and slow. Used it once (and won’t use that service ever again) with my wife. 55 minutes, 5.6 miles and we both paid 18.36$. No way to know how much you’re spending until you lock the scooter. Are you serious?!
