Too many bikes don’t accelerate properly but you’re still charged for the ride - that’s bad business.

This used to be something fun and good. Now it’s getting ridiculously and stupidly expensive. Just like the toll tag in Dallas. Sometimes even more expensive than Uber.

They need to start putting more scooters in the designated parking zones, I’ve been walking home because scooters are hard to find

bunch of thiefs! 3/4 of the bikes don’t work properly but they will still charge top dollar! they take their time before refunding you and there is no reward or no apologies from them never! even if you have money on there it will ask you for more and will refuse to unlock unless there is at least 5£ on there! so like i said F*** Lime.

Unable to unlock the scooter, and i called the representative twice, still not working. So i can't use the app, and knowing so, they still refused to refund the week pass.

Lime is by FAR the absolute worst scooter company that exists. First of all, out of every 500 scooters in your area, maybe 5 of them are actually available to be ridden. The rest will just said Unavailable when you try to unlock. Also, the app is SO finicky with wifi and bluetooth, but somehow, even with poor connection it’ll allow you to connect, but the second you don’t have the highest speed wifi to ever exist, you can’t lock the scooter. Conveniently charging you by the second. My advice, just purchase your own electric scooter on amazon, or if you live somewhere where there’s another brand, use that one instead. Just avoid Lime at all costs.
