Thanks LG. You put out the SJ9 and give us the crap musicflow app and rear speakers. Then you come out with a new soundbar and a new app and discontinue all work on the broken one. You guys have got this customer service thing down!

I have used the Music Flow Player app for about a year now and that app had much more functionality than this one. Also I’m not sure if there’s a problem with the App or the SK10 Sound Bar with connecting to LAN but I can’t get Spotify to connect. The app has no way to manually add Spotify to the connections and my SJ9 never had issues connecting before, I’ve even ran the updates out of the box but nothing so far.

I just got sound bar and got everything hooked up everything worked fine then I did update on app and bar and now the HDMI (ARC) don’t work right it will turn the volume all the way down and every two me I try to move it up it won’t go up It stays at 0

Cannot stream Wi-Fi to my speaker. Every time I chose music from my library, app crashes. No excuse for this not to work on a $900+ LG sound bar

I’ve never had a more frustrating experience with an app. This is seriously making me question my decision to go with LG. Can’t even get a basic app to work properly. I am connected to the speakers Wi-Fi and it connects briefly and then disconnects and says no speaker on the network. I have to forget the network, reboot the speaker delete the app and reinstall and it will connect to the speaker for about 30 seconds before it then says no speaker on the network and can’t reconnect. Only way to connect is to delete everything and start over and it stays connected for 30 seconds. Complete crap.

Does not connect to Wifi, it just goes blank after entering my wifi password. No error code, nothing.

Followed directions and entered the password for my wireless network to connect the app to the soundbar. It doesn’t work. Tried several times. So it looks like I either return the $900 soundbar (SK10Y) or forget controlling it with my phone, playing music, or using Chromecast. Might just try the new Sony soundbar instead. Judging from these reviews they should know it doesn’t work. Not cool that they advertise features that they really don’t have.
