Cant update soundbar audio software, no center channel control from this app Really? Works like crap as stated by numerous other people and I agree. Spend $1200 on a soundbar and no attention given to customers so we can fine tune and update software....

I am unable to steam music on my SK10Y. Please fix this.

I haven’t had the SK9Y sound bar for long, but it seems to be working well. I updated the software and initially the speaker disappeared from the app, but when I turned the speaker back to Wi-Fi and it immediately showed back up, already connected to the app. I love that when I stream music from an app on my phone the speaker recognizes that, such as Pandora. I’m still getting used to the speaker and app, but so far so good!
App Crashes

The only feature that doesn’t seem to work is to be able to play music over Wi-Fi. Each time I select a song or playlist the app crashes. The fact that LG hasn’t addressed this is surprising. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is in order given the price of LG speakers.

I just bought the lg sk10y sound bar. But the app can’t see the speaker. Tried everything!!!

App itself works ok/a little convoluted. Only two stars because firmware was updated for my sound bar to control the center channel, but you can’t control it from the app. The setting’s just not there (rear, overhead, and woofer are). You must use your physical remote/buttons on the sound bar to adjust.
App crashes the moment you click a song

I have given up trying to get this app to work. Every time I try to play music through it, the moment I select a song, it crashes. Please fix this bug!!!
