This app logs me out almost everyday or multiple times a day. Crap product. Not the expectation I have of Lexus or any car where you spend $50,000+. Lexus remember you customers are paying a premium for you car and hold you to high expectations

#1) Stop logging me out. #2) Start sending me in at least a semi-rational path to my destination. The directions are very suboptimal to say the least. #3) Lexus branded interface to apps are unstable and create a driving distraction. #4) Enform app gets worse over-time, indicating no quality developer support

Just purchased my RC350F this April 2017. The vehicle is a joy to drive. I uploaded this app with high hopes but am disappointed. Slacker app via phone versus connecting thru Lexus app. First you have to login in (on iPhone) via typing your email and password every time you wish to connect the slacker thru the Enform app to the car. But via car interface I couldn't change songs, I could thru my phone. Via just blue tooth I can change songs with relative ease. I don't to login before getting into my car either. When I first signed up with Lexus, which was very convoluted, it had to be done via the SOS button not via the register option online. This app requires too many login steps to use on a daily driver. Compared to the multiple GM/Ford rental cars I've used, this system is subpar. Very disappointing for the money I spent on this car.

App doesn't offer Touch ID or save your logon. Annoying having to sign on if you're driving. Doesn't offer much to the Lexus car that is already using out dated system compare to other cheaper cars with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. This is not Pursuit of Perfection. More like lack of perfection. Everything about Lexus is high end, except for their technology. Out dated app, out dated car app, out dated built in gps navigation. Map update should be free and should not cost $150.

Lexus updated the APP suite is not compatible with older Lexus Models. Worthless as the Lexus Takata airbags!

Ok. Been using it about a month now...they need to fix the destination App. It loses the "saved" destinations. So maybe an updated app will fix this? Overall same C- rating... Just bought a 2016 Lexus E350 and after reading the reviews I was hesitant to install this app. But I did and I can say the functionality is fair. Not terrible just fair. It's clunky but works if you can figure out the work-arounds like needing to press the console "menu" button to get out of it. It's nice to have Pandora available and iHeartRadio. The stock quote page is clunky. Haven't tried the others.... Lexus should be able to deliver a better product, or maybe I'm spoiled by Apple. Keep upgrading Lexus!

Hey Lexus. Don't bother offering an app that is so ridiculously difficult to use and causes so much confusion. It's actually a turn off from buying the car.... get it right or don't bother offering it.

This is why car companies should leave apps and entertainment to actual tech companies. CarPlay would be great - especially when compared to how terrible this system is on a premium auto brand.

I bought two 2016 Lexus vehicles last year. For the money I spent I would expect top notch capability. Never connects, "tether error" all the time, and crappy interface. Very disappointed to say the least.
