Surprisingly terrible app

Imma be honest here, this is an awful app for any cars of this generation. The fact that it’s so bad on a luxury car is shocking. The app suite seems to consist of only two apps, slacker radio, and I heart radio. That’s it. No Spotify, pandora, or anything my older lowrange Subaru came equipped with. Now, despite it having two apps only, you seemingly can’t disable one of them from constantly trying to log you in. I have zero interest in slacker. I heart radio is fine but I already have the app on my phone. To make matters worse, the Lexus app constantly logs out and asks you to sign in. WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING. It makes you agree to something every time you turn your car on, makes you navigate to the station you want every single time instead of auto displaying what’s playing. For someone out to run a dozen errands and hopping in and out of the car all day, this gets old real quick. I cannot find even one benefit to using this app instead of just using the i heart radio app over Bluetooth. To call these two obnoxiously linked and easily accessible elsewhere apps an app suite is vastly overstating the product. I just can’t understand who would use this, why, or why’s it’s so awful.

Does Not Recognize My Valid Login

I can log in to Lexus Enform account via the web, but the app continues to deny my login despite typing in exactly my Enform username (email) and password.

Adding VIN number fails

I tried entering the VIN number in every way the app suggested, none worked. Scanning with camera with and without flash, entering it manually, nothing works.

I just purchased my new Lexus and was tired of getting in the car and the screen saying “connect to Lexus navigation” well I downloaded the app which logs me out every time I try to use it. It connects to the car on my phone but the car doesn’t recognize it. Completely worthless. I’ve had the car for a month and the app has worked one time.

What is the point of having a Lexus with this capability if the subscription is going to be too expensive?! I don’t see the value in what they have presented as justifying the cost. Worthless app.

2018 and a pretty bad app. Lexus really needs to improve the app and their technology. Just bought a new LX with technology and apps from 5 years ago. Lexus needs to do better. What a waste

Need to update the app altogether and allow functionality with Waze & Google Maps - Basic Functions!!! And the remote start looks like it was pulled out of the late 20th century !!!
