Mine has not worked in 2017 Lexus says there is a glitch in their systems and hope to have it fixed maybe today?

Having to log in each time is terrible and unsafe. C'mon Lexus and live up to your brand in every way. Geez.

I consider myself an advanced user of tech. This app and the Lexus interface is confusing, bloated, and distracting. I recently rented a Chevy with Apple CarPlay and the user experience was seamless. I plugged my phone in not even knowing the car was CarPlay enabled. I turned to navigation on the car and my destination was onscreen (the car must have "read" my calendar!). I'm regretting my Lexus purchase now!

Once set up properly this application is great. Very pleased with features and everyday usage.

This is a major flaw in this app! Extremely frustrating to have to log in all of the time. Either allow background app refresh or thumb print login.

App is worthless unless you somehow remember to login to the app before you hop in the car. Who remembers to do that!?!? Need to update so that the app doesn't log out in the background.
