Most Dangerous App on the Market

The whole navigation system is dangerous, but the app will log you out in the middle of driving, and it has no thumb print login. What am I supposed to do in the middle of the NJ Turnpike, stop to enter my login and password? I get constant errors like, “insufficient connectivity” and “tether error”. Not once in a while, several times a day. The navigation system will not allow you to scroll through more than 2 pages of driving directions until the car is stopped. Seriously Lexus? I paid $55k for my car with Nav, and I use waze on my cell phone. What a waste.

The app logs itself out almost daily. You don’t find out until you try to connect one of the Lexus suite apps while driving. Then you get an error. This is a safety issue Lexus and you need to fix it.

Unbelievably poor quality app

When you compare the features and quality of this app to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, all you could feel is embarrassment. Embarrassed that you paid $55,000 for a new car car with electronics from 2006. This is frankly a dealbreaker. I recommend to everyone I know stay away from Lexus’ (otherwise brilliant) vehicles and pick ones with better technology. Who knew BMW and Audi would beat the Japanese at technology?

Needs Fingerprint Recognition

I really want to like this app. Every time I think about using it it automatically logs me out and I have to remember my sign-on and password and this is usually while I’m driving. For a company like Lexus, they really should implement technology that most other apps that have been out for a few years half which is fingerprint identification so that people are not driving unsafe and putting in their logon credentials while driving. Also if they could disable the log out after a couple weeks of nonuse. Or a minimum just give the user the capability of doing that if they would like. Fix this and I’ll update my rating to higher number of stars

There are a ton of negative reviews for this app - so I was ready for frustration. My experience... - I just downloaded an update to my stereo automatically with this app. - I logged into all of my services with the app flawlessly. - It made the connection to the stereo, no problem. For me, all systems are go! Couldn't have been easier! I may have connection issues later - but so far, the app & stereo functions are flawless.

After several attempts to get this app to work, I deleted it from my iPhone. During 3 recent business trips, the cars had Apple CarPlay and it worked flawlessly. Lexus please focus on the other stuff that makes your cars great and let the user select the media solution that best fits our needs.

Like another review said, had to register 3 different ways. Finally got it to work...complete waste of time! Apps selection should be customizable! I expected much better!!! Obviously Enform was not considered in Lexus' Pursuit of Perfection. #CmonLexus #UpdateEnform #MyOnlyComplaint

No longer stores username or password

This app has always had issues, but the most recent release is the worst yet. For whatever reason, it no longer stores your username and password, requiring you to login almost every time you enter your vehicle. Very close to just giving up on this app.
