Missing the basics and spotty at best

How do you not have Touch ID on this? And the apps inside won’t always work with the head unit. The Pandora app stalls upon launch. It logs me out so often that it really isn’t worthwhile spending the time to try to log back in. This app is used mostly while in the car. Obviously, having to log in with username and password is time consuming and distracting. This is a basic fix. I can lock and unlock my $70k GX with my finger but I can’t log into the app with it? Seriously. Fix this.

Paid $55k for my Lexus and can’t even start the car remotely due to this garbage software! Doing a chargeback to Amex on my $160 Lexus Enform service as it is total garbage!!
Pandora in the Lexus App Suites Quit Working

I am having trouble connecting to Pandora using the Lexus Enform app Suites. For a while, the app would constantly disconnect. Now, it stays connected, but the Pandora app never comes on. I am tired of messing with it. Lexus makes a fine vehicle, but the Lexus Enform apps are horrible.

The app again requires a new login every day. It makes it impossible to use while driving. Please fix! Edited 12/17 Latest update has fixed the log out problem after years. Thank you!

Needs serious updating and bug fixing. Apps need to be updated and additions should be made. Chevy has better technology. I’ll remain hopeful that someone will give the consumer what we are asking for with this product.

The app is not supported with the iphone x screen. The app needs some better graphics and a more updated experience! Garbage app
Can’t login on the app

I can login to the Lexus Enform online but the app won’t let me login and keeps saying wrong username and password. Also try using the password reset button from the app and it never sends the email to reset. Frustrating because I’d really like to use these features
When connected good...but never connected

When connected this app is fine but if I don’t use for 2 or 3 days it makes me log in again. Terribly annoying and a terrible app.

I love my Lexus RC. The Lexus apps are so weak. They do not follow any modern UI. They crash frequently. Time out frequently. Why couldn’t they skip these weak apps and use CarPlay?

Please make the tether message go away and pandora work. I get this message almost every time, and then out of the clear blue it will work for a couple of days, then I get the tether error again.
