map is mediocre, interface is unpolished

The map’s search function is very limited. It wouldn’t find many POIs even if the map itself shows the item right in front of me. Instead it would suggest similar sounding places thousands of miles away. When you establish the app link to the car to transfer saved locations the car would randomly decide to waste 5 minutes trying to look for updates, even when you have mo cell/wifi reception.

If I could it would be negative stars

I am in shock. Not one salespersons even mentioning how outdated and useless Lexus infotainment was, I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A TESLA! I should have bought a Tesla to be exact. This is the final five years I own a Toyota product period. How sad and frustrating ntm outright PATHETIC. Oh here’s your fifty thousand dollar car..OH BTW everything having to do w the tech is outdated and useless, go ahead and use your smartphone like ppl in cars worth a fraction of my Lexus. Shameful. When Korean cars are half the price and technology twice as relevant and useful it makes you think you just got taken by slick salespeople.

Not enough apps

I love my RX 350, but I think the lack of apps is a very cheap move by Lexus. Other less expensive vehicles have way more apps. Why is this?

This is Lexus, Right?

This app was horrible. The one main reason I got it was to remote start the car. It never did it after a month of trying. I would at best get a weird click sound then an error. Everything else was mildly valuable: Lock doors remotely, see where your car is parked or look at driving stats. For a company that prides itself on quality, this thing is an utter embarrassment.

Lexus should be ashamed

used to love lexus

This is a pathetic app and way way way behind other luxury cars made in 2017. You have to wonder it’d they are this stupid with this app, what other technology like for safety are also terrible. Look at the reviews. Lexus F on technology

Useless

It is a featureless app. I’ve installed a cellphone holder in front of the media screen

From the 80’s???

This app is so frustrating to use. Get ready to waste time and wonder if you’ve lost your sanity as you try to do what you would think are easy things- ie log in with the credentials you just established...

Bummer

TBaker4519

Really surprised with the limited functionality of the app. More surprised that the Navigation system doesn’t have common features on phone GPS apps such as Voice options (male/female, etc.); nor the ability to change fonts of the text to preferred visuals. Navigation updates are quite expensive with limited “enhancements“ over multiple years.

My 5th Lexus

Greyhounds rescue

Never had an issue till I got my special Rx350 (2017) in May 18. Everything worked fine till 3 months ago. No phone connect, nor the media. Tried everything but keeps disconnecting. Very disappointing for the higher price I paid for the car.

Just awful

Lexus may build a an ok car, but when it comes to apps the company is incompetent. This app is worthless. I can’t understand why anyone would find it useful.
