How many more apps are you going to remove?? Bring back Pandora!!

When I first purchased my Lexus there were allot of apps/features built into the software. People whom would ride in the car would ask about the car and all the features - I would allow/tell them to play around with it to view it for themselves. As a result friends and family we extremely impressed. I even have a family member whom purchased a Lexus from their experience in my car and the app installed at the time. Facebook, Pandora, Movie Tickets, Restaurant Reservations, etc... all could be accessed and used from the car console. I felt proud that they were envious. Well no longer is that the case. Everything I used and loved is slowly being removed and its becoming very upsetting!! Bring Pandora back! An if your going to removing one thing at least replace it with something new. At the rate it’s going there isn’t going to be anything worth wild. Essentially becoming a plan Jane Fm/Satellite radio with a sub par navigation system that shows my house down the street when I’m sitting in the driveway. Its becoming extremely frustrating and making me consider purchasing a certain high end electric car brand with more features than I could shake a stick at!!

Get rid of it...removed Pandora and now its really worthless...provide update to use apple and android play....quit putting money into Enform. Give us Apple Carplay

Most apps and technology get enhancements and new features over time. This fine product only loses functionality. Really wish they would have car play vs trying to build their own worthless interface.

Industry’s worse tech package

Auto start from this app takes 2 minutes or more and even then may not work. Even their tech people don’t fully understand it. So bad they have lost most of the external providers apps. Planning to look at a Lincoln, they seem to have a much better package and the new Nautilus is a pretty nice ride for les than my RX350.

Highly disappointing, useless app, no value, do not download it. Save your energy, save bandwidth. In 2019 it’s hard to believe Lexus/Toyota is so far behind. To have a $64k vehicle (RX350L Luxury Edition) and have zero functionality with an app is hard to believe. The only difference between the 2018 and the 2010 vehicle is the size of the screen and slightly better graphics, otherwise the entire media entertainment and GPS system is garbage.

While all companies look to move forward by providing more features, more options, Lexus is moving backwards. Car has good interior, but not much different then high end Toyota or Honda. Navigation and other technology options are sub-par and continue to go backwards by removing apps and not improving current features. After few months, already thinking about moving to a different brand with better features and seevice.
