Banned but understandable

I saw this wonderful game for something it could be and not what it was at the time. I’m going to try and make this short and sweet (with a hint of salt of course) I remember seeing the game on the App Store and immediately falling in love, it was everything I wanted, cosmetically pleasing, great balance in champions, and it wasn’t one of those idle games that doesn’t require much involvement. Anyway I couldn’t get the game at the time on iOS for whatever reason, can’t quite remember. I looked for many ways to get the game on the internet and after a solid week of searching I came across a platform that offered a copy of the game but slightly different. I didn’t bother reading the differences because of how badly I wanted it, I was like a child being told he couldn’t have Minecraft at the time. I immediately downloaded this copy onto my phone than started playing, of course with no knowledge to how the game worked I was oblivious to everything moving forward. I got my first couple player cards and started the campaign, since it was one of those match three games I immediately caught on, I played everyday, joined a guild, and got super ahead within the first couple days . After playing for a month all the fun came to an end almost like getting slapped with bad news. My account had been banned and this was a permanent one too, I was caught of guard and wasn’t expecting any of it. I sat my phone down and started to process everything that was going on, I first sent an email to the creators of the game, and after about two days I got a reply. They told me my account was hacked and that there was a third party software involved. They helped me understand that the site I got the app from was a modding site, essentially my game was made easier than everyone else’s. I never thought I’d see the day when I was called a hacker/cheater, I was dumbfounded. After understanding everything that had happened I gave up, the game was not at fault, nor were the creators. I made a decision (though a stupid one) I received the consequences for it. I still love the game and would love to return and properly download the game this time if at all possible but for now watching YouTube videos of it is enough. I understand how this process works and respect it.

This game gave a negative review for taking money and not giving the item I purchased. The site commits fraud. So buyer be aware. Don’t be the next victim like so many. You will not get items they claim to offer. Any way to collect items these purchases are referred to contact app provider for refund. This is how these thieves conduct sales. Stay far away. Crooks and thieves. Cowards!! Apple may not control the way certain aspects of companies conduct sales. How ever they can stop services so others will not fall for the scandals or rather fraud that has been conducted here. With that said if just 1 app. Like this one it is safe that all can sell to all individuals and not provide what they offer. So your money is not safe. How can you trust a provider that woul I use to. Which is why you won’t see another post. Returning there device today. Best of luck to all. Very alarming and disturbing. Guess we can expect the same soon from all. This will be last review returning Apple device. Enough said ty I will no longer pay for any thing due to the fact even after complaints along with others. That anyone who practices this type of service. Speaks volumes. I wrote the review yesterday but not the first time. Two years ago and when I see or come across others who have shared same experience. Which means all who sell or allow this app to sell is on board and can care less. They don’t care about the customer. should be alarming that they allow sites like this to not give what people think they are buying. Great disappointment. I often wondered how they can get away with selling fake and false advertising. Also how people never get way they pay for when purchases are made. Weather you down load App. This one in particular. Legendary game of thieves They get away with it because all responsibility falls back on who handled the transaction. Kudos to you legendary. Figured a way to commit fraud and get away with it. Thanks to others handling your ditty work. Money laundering basically. Always wonder why so quick to say contact who app was purchased through. Great job. Maybe you do deserve five star. We should all start our own game app and just make sure graphics and some kind of concept. We can all offer fake stuff and off others clean up after us. Oh wait that’s already been done.

The game is pretty good. The reviews below are correct — don’t start an account unless your looking to spend a good $30/mo. I thought by becoming an ambassador I could get more gems that way. After signing up 2 family members, using the code they generated, I got... NOTHING! Don’t waste other people’s time like I did, signing up friends and family, the gem prize is non-existent.

When I saw ads for this game, I was skeptical, but as soon as I started playing, I got hooked, this game is amazing and I’m so glad I saw those ads and got this game.

I have tried a lot of free games download it off the App Store. LOL Most of them are average and I don’t really like to play them more than a few days and then I get bored of them. When I found this game I thought it was great. I found a tightknit group of about 30 people, playing the game and talking with one another about going to the zoo with their family and taking care of their children. One has two children age five-year-old and a 2 year old. Another is a really old man, been taken care of by a nurse. I could give you other examples like a guy that has a chimpanzee as a friend. Each and everyone of them are trying to get out of there heads every day for a few minutes and play this fantasy game and get away from the burdens of reality The point is I stuck around and played because of the people that gave me support in this game and share their lives with me. However after a few weeks a month of playing this game, I realized that in order to significantly embrace the game and be a player that wants to stick around I would have to pay a minimum of $50-$100 a month. And that is to be one of the average players in order to be at the top of the game in the top 800 teams. Each and everyone of those 30 players on each team will have to pay thousands of dollars a year. Think about it 30 teammates paying on the average of $2000 a year is $60,000 revenue they are making off of The backs of each team. Because of the competitive nature of this game, it becomes addictive and people start pouring their money into it in order to keep up. Recently they made a change in the game. Free play gets Pretty Mundane, and only spend $ 29.99 each month. And you could probably get into the top 10 of your team on a regular basis. They also made a major change in the graphics that was a bad choice. In addition to that You can’t become one of the top players or have your own team without spending thousands of dollars a year on gems and good,strong heroes. Which loses their strength after that event so you have to buy new ones to keep up. If you want to pay an good game and spend 100 times the money than you would if you went and bought a good RPG game or Some kind of fantasy game. Then this is your game! If not keep looking and I’m certain you’ll find something that for a reasonable price you can have the same kind of fun. I sincerely believe that it’s all about the Benjamins for the people that make this game. The ones with the money are able to progress build their team ...anybody that hasn’t signed up and started pouring their hard-earned money into a bottomless pit just to get out of your head for a few minutes a day! I suggest you MoveOn and keep looking for the right balance of affordable fun game play and being able to compete without paying an arm and a leg. I hope this helps and determining what you want to do before your pocketbook does it for you. One of the issues I had with them was glitches in the game and my iPad after spending around $300 I lost the sound to the game and was unable to play in the certain areas of the game because of my own ignorance... customer Service couldn’t help me in a timely manner so I lost the opportunities that I could’ve had if they could’ve help me fix it Oh yes, and you have a good day :-)

Extremely greedy developers I don’t mind spending on a game if I get what I’m purchasing the way this game is set up is to trick people into wasting money I have thousands of dollars in and I’m a small fish if you hope to compete you’ll be spending $100-$500 per week on top of $30 monthly vip membership and even then you are not guaranteed to get what is pictured and when you try and contact customer support they ether don’t respond or tell you too bad we don’t value you as customer one bit. It’s too bad that greed is so much more prevalent than customer service last event i spent several hundred dollars and didn’t even et full deck and i bought every thing they released every teir every bonus pack planning on competing on global level not even close i was expected to spend several hundred more and this was on one event they have four or five a month i reached out to developers and they responded after event was over with generic apology for drop rate inaccuracy basically admitting to the fact you don’t always get what you are trying to purchase you are paying money sometimes fifty five dollars a spin for chance to win what is featured isn’t that gambling hmmm
