I’ve played this game for almost 3 years now and I have really enjoyed it until recently. It was a really good game that I could put some money in to every now and then to support them and I had fun with my guild. But with the new updates they have brought you cannot enjoy yourself without spending massive amounts of money to get everything for each event. Beware they won’t listen to the masses they just want your money.

Not what it used to be

I’ve been playing this game for over four years. It used to be extremely fun, but it seems that the developers are now only concerned about money not playability. The game has evolved into a money grab for the company. People are leaving the game in droves now. The servers are crashing constantly during events. It is no longer fun. I won’t even get into how much the game drains batteries and other mobile resources.

My game keeps crashing to a point I can’t even play it or even open a pack to get anything! What do I do? I cleared my cache, delete the game and re download and still nothing.

I’m not certain which problem is greater - the greed or the lies

Forget the fact that this game crashes more frequently than not. Forget the lagging game play. The real problem LS with it are greed and lies. I’ve played this for over 3 years. Spent over $250 on it. They continually degrade the cards which players spend money and time on to promote newer generation cards of the game. An entire years worth of cards which were powerful a year ago and which cost $$ to get and improve now are almost worthless. This means that if you spent $100 last month you’d better be ready to spend that EVERY month if you wish to stay current. They continually change the rules of the game in terms of what cards and collection items can do so as to get more money from players. There are no odds printed as to what you get for your gems - which cost money. The only guarantee is that you’d better read the offer very carefully as it’s wording is purposely designed to trick you. You spend time and/or money to collect various items which can get you better cards or upgrade the nes you hold - then they decide that particular item is now worthless. The customer service parrots what the company tells them such that it lies on the developers behalf. Service is aptly named as you feel “serviced” in the way a bull services a cow. I complained about the constant crashes. Was told my connection was to blame. So I upgraded my internet speed - still crashes. Upgraded my WiFi - still crashes. Then they said “we are coming out with an update that should take care of the constant crashes.... and it did ... for a while until the next “improvement” to the game. I’m left to wonder if they lied about the cause of the crashes or if they lied about fixing the problem. Unless you have the newest device available and feel like spending $100 per month on a “free” game done even bother to download it. Finally, after three years of playing I am deleting the app from my devices - both phone and tablet. Good riddance.

This WAS a great game. Over the past few months they have been slowly changing the game for the worse. You used to be able to play without spending money. You may not have been able to get the best decks, but you could save enough of the in game currency over a few weeks to be able to hang in there and still have fun. This past event has completely made the game unplayable. Keys are required to face bosses. In the past, if you defeated a boss you got keys to keep going. Now you don’t get jack. Making it impossible to keep playing, that is unless you spend real money for in game gems to buy keys. It’s become a hard money grab.

All They Want is Your Money

I’ve played this game for over two years and I’m about to walk away. I’ve cancelled my VIP subscription because I was so disgusted by their most recent changes. It has become increasingly clear they are only concerned with you pouring out more money to have a deck that can last long enough in a battle to have fun. I don’t mind paying for entertainment but I would have to sell a kidney to afford the gems needed to even have a chance at getting the event hero. It’s crap. Don’t waste your time getting involved in this game.

Was a good game then they changed it ruined it.

This was a fun game when 1st started. Great guilds friends events. Then they brought changes that made it harder to get good cards. Kept making changes no matter how many complained. They no longer even answer on forums. Don't waste your time or $. They have shown there disregard for folks and this game! So sad, so many quitting.

i’ve been playing this game now for a couple years and really liked it, it’s such a shame they kept changing and updating the game until it became unplayable on my iPad mini. The game keeps constantly crashing I can’t play for more than 30 seconds at a time, i now regret every penny i spent on this game because i can’t even play anymore

The devs keep messing with this game, driving players away. Many, such as myself, are staying only for their guilds.
