It always kicks me out of the game when trying to start the first mission.

Two years ago when I started playing this game it was a lot of fun and worth the money you paid for gems to get ahead. Over the last 3 months the developers made their goal loud and clear....Cash and lots of it. Bosses became impossible without the “event team” just for one event I spent $220 and was able to get 1 low level card for the event. They modify the odds/drop rates so you will spend more to build the team for that weeks event. Players like me have had enough, canceled VIP, daily gems and quit the game. Do not waste your time and money on this one, you will only be lining Networks pockets and end up discouraged with nothing to show for it.

The guild events and boss arenas used to be enjoyable. Now both are extremely hard, no one wants to spend $40-$50 just to get ranked higher. The guild bosses are absolutely impossible. I will still play, but getting burned out. Please adjust the events to be like they were 3-4 months ago, challenging but not stupid hard for those people just downloading the game.

Game is basically fun, card art is great, but after the basic missions there’s no way to advance without spending hundreds of dollars. Latest update (December 2019) destroyed the game. Events are SO DULL now, the card deck mechanics are extremely repetitive and boring. My very active guild (top 5%) has given up playing. Even basic event cards cost hundreds or thousands of gems, meaning $20-60 minimum buy-in per week just to do more than poke at event bosses. I played for about a year, was a VIP member for about 6 mo. Canceled my VIP last week, quitting as soon as this guild war season is done. Love my guild mates, but this game is nothing but a cash-grab.

The game was killed by developers on 12/18/19. Don’t even bother, it’s no fun anymore. The game was brought back to life! The devs listened to the players and I am very pleased!

Was excited for changes, paid for season pass... was excited for vault. Turned out pretty dull... everyone’s quit. Deleted app, RIP.

Here is my experience and if you take anything from this. You hopefully will delete. This developer will never give items purchased. You will receive either no items or items not equal to purchase. I will say this. I am not shocked that Apple and Google allow this. Since they have low standards themselves. Which is why this game has and always will steal. If Apple or Google actually cared this app would have been removed. I know Apple and Google are aware. Since Apple refunded me after my complaint back in 2017. It just goes to show how much they care or think about their customers. Unfortunately they have no competition yet. I’ll just leave it at that.

I have been out of the game for nearly a month because the game would no longer load on my iPhone. We had a spare tablet but that is an android, so I loaded the game there. But I felt lost that I would have to start the game over after getting to level 71 and over 400 heroes and a great guild! But I was assured that the IT people could move my account over to the android and let me continue to play. And today I finally got back in the game!! Thanks to the support from all that listened to my rants for the past 6 months because of game crashes and finally no game access at all!
