This app is horrible compared to the competitors. It does not seem to be able to find my location. I have to sign in all the time. Going back on some screens is not possible. When you find a hotel the initial rate is higher than when you click on it to book it. It is clunky.

My husband was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in July of 2104. We were told MDAnderson in Houston was the place to go for a second opinion. We fell in love with the care they have giving us. We have stayed in our camper a few times. It was easier to stay in a hotel. Laquinta was our first choice since my husband also stayed in a Laquinta for work occasionally. He now has to have surgery. It is the same weekend as Super Bowl weekend. Even though I can produce hospital and doctor appointments verifications, the normal rate would not apply. We would have to pay over $500.00 a night. At this moment I could care less about the Super Bowl. I have called Laquinta and the employees have been super nice and helpful to get us as close as they could without the price increase. I know it is not their fault, they are doing what they are required to do. It is disappointing not to stay close and where it is familiar to us.

What the heck happened to this app. Am on the road and now you can't make a confirmed reservation. I tried to book a night and the only option was the soft reservation where you have to call an 800 number to confirm. The app sends you a text without your reservation number so the rep can't find it. Please replace this version with the old one. Where you could confirm you reservation right on the app AND GET AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION with the details.
On the iPhone 7 app doesn't work

I am a user of hotel apps and this one doesn't even load/display on the iPhone 7. I have the latest update and have removed and reinstalled with no joy. My ihg app works great and as a result I just booked 4 nights there. Hope it gets fixed

This web app is not mobile friendly at all! It has a hard time loading certain pages. If you click on view full site then it redirects you to the website which is even more mobile unfriendly.

I've used this app in the past with pretty good success, but in the last week or so it hasn't worked at all. Maybe it is overworked with the hurricanes in the area(doubt it). If you can make this app useful again I'd appreciate it. This is how I shop for hotels instead of using those other sites.

This apps even worse than the useless website. There's no support, no way to find reservations you didn't book through it, no way to add reservations, etc...
